QSS are delighted to be in the position of inviting exhibition submissions from artists and curators at all stages of their career for a number of shows in our 2025/26 Gallery Programme.
We are able to offer an exhibition opportunity in April/May in Gallery 2 and a further opportunity in Oct/Nov in Gallery 1. We are interested in solo or group proposals in any fine art medium.
Proposal Details
Interested artists should submit (i) an exhibition proposal (250 words), (ii)between six and eight images of work, (iii) detailed notes on any technical needs (as a single PDF file) and (iv)an artistic CV, for group shows please provide CV’s for all participating artists, to [email protected] for consideration.
To support the living and working conditions of artists, QSS will pay an exhibition fee of £250.00 per show, to help us assess the feasibility of your proposal please provide budget notes on how you might fund ambitious elements of your proposal. Exhibiting artists will be expected to deliver a short artist talk as part of their contract.

*Successful applicants will be notified early Feb 2025. Please note, applicants will be assessed by a panel of studio members working in a voluntary capacity, therefore detailed feedback on unsuccessful applicants cannot be provided.
