QSS invite applications for a ten-month studio sublet (1st Nov 24 – 31st Aug 25) at The Arches Centre, 11-13 Bloomfield Avenue, Belfast, BT5 5AA. QSS studios are accessible from 8.00 to 23.00 Monday to Friday, 8.00 to 22.00 on Saturdays and 10.00 to 21.00 on Sundays.
The available studio is on the 2nd floor with a high ceiling, wifi and great daylight. A lift is available in the ground floor reception area. The studio measures 372 sq. ft. and the monthly rent is £93, inclusive of electricity.
Site visits are available on Thursday 17th Oct at 11.30 and 15.00 for artists wishing to view the studio prior to submitting an application. Please note, it is not essential to visit the studio in order to submit an application and attending the visit will not influence the outcome of the application process.

A further 6 month studio sublet will become available around Feb 2025, we have yet to confirm the details of this however please indicate if you wish for your application to be held for review of this sublet opportunity should you be unsuccessful at this time.
QSS welcomes applications from artists at all stages of their career by 23:59 on Monday 21st Oct 2024.
Applications must include six images of recent work with image list, artist CV and an outline of how you would use the studio over the eight-month period (300 words) (all as a single PDF).
