QSS invite applications for two studio sublets, one for 12 months (Studio 26 – available from 3rd August 2021) and one for 6 months (Studio 25 – available from 1st September 2021). Our studios are located on the second floor of The Arches Centre, 11-13 Bloomfield Avenue, Belfast, BT5 5AA and are accessible during the following hours:
8.00 to 23.00 Monday to Friday
8.00 to 22.00 on Saturdays
10.00 to 21.00 on Sundays.
Both studios measure 202 sq. ft., have excellent natural light and Wi-Fi access. Rent per month is £51 inclusive of electricity, payable by standing order. A refundable deposit of one month’s rent must also be paid at the start of the tenancy.
